George Martyn
I am a passionate, hard working Director and Assistant Director, at the start of my career. I am based in London.
I have been fortunate enough to work on films in varying roles for several different companies/organisations such as the NFTS and BBC Films.
I have studied for a BA (Hons) in Film Production at the University for the Creative Arts, and have directed films such as 'Broken Men' and 'Pretty Boy' while there as well as the Documentary/Music video 'Stitch'.
I have also had the pleasure to the 1st Assistant Director on films such as 'The Road to Nowhere', 'Apologue 427' and 'Don't Snore in the West'.

Stitch is a Documentary following the story of Josh. A young Grime artist from South London who was held on remand in prison for 6 months for murder before being found not guilty at the Old Bailey and released.
Pretty Boy
Director
Danny is just an average guy, in every sense of the word. Until one evening two beautiful people, Marcus and Chloe come into his shop and invite him to a party at their place. From that evening on nothing will ever be the same for Danny, or Marcus and Chloe for that matter.
Broken Men

Johnathon has lost everything at the hands of Franklin. Franklin doesn't even know who Johnathon is. Both of their lives have now changed forever. They are Broken Men.
Don't Snore in the West

The Road to Nowhere

The Road to Nowhere is a life affirming fiction film set at Christmas time. A young, suicidal man visits his lonely, elderly Grandfather and spends the day with him. The ensuing result is a fresh look on life for both men.

Apologue 427 is a short film set in a totalitarian state about a man (427) with no identity who craves freedom.
